VGA PLANETS MASTER GUIDE SWITCHBOARD
Welcome to the VGA Planets Master Guide. The object of this Master Guide is to help new Players learn
the game and to give all Players a way to look up specific information quickly and easily.
  Navigating This Guide:
This page is the Switchboard and Introduction to this Guide.
In order to navigate from one topic to another in this Guide, please utilize the Hyperlinks located at the top of each page.
Each of the Hyperlinks on this Switchboard accesses a different Sub-Menu.
Each of the Sub-Menus contain Hyperlinks that access more detailed information about the game.
Every page has a Hyperlink back to a Sub-Menu and/or back to this Switchboard.
Relevant information about a topic will be detailed in the area below the Hyperlinks. Like what you're reading right now!
When reading information, you will often notice that statements end with something like this: (Hconfig)
This means that this Ability can be turned on/off or strenghened/weakened by the Host when setting up the game.
  For New Players:
I suggest reading the VGA Planets Host3.2.doc that came with the game. This will give you a more descriptive reading
of the game, if not a more organized one. I did not include those documents in this Guide because, well, it covers
the same information this Guide does. Or vice versa.
I suggest reading the general information on all of the Sub-Menus in this Guide first, before going into the more detailed pages.
  Strategy Guides:
All information contanined within the strategy guides was either written or compiled by others. Their names are listed on the
corresponding pages. I have done my best to format them for this Guide, while leaving all information contained within
  them intact and unchanged.
  Add-ons:
All Add-on documents contained within this Guide have been copied exactly (as exactly as possible) and I have made no
notable changes to them, except for formatting them for this Guide.
I know that this list is not complete. I have included only several Add-ons that I am familiar with. There are many more Add-ons
that need to be incorporated into this Guide.
The Add-ons included in this file include:
Starbase Plus, Race Plus, Fhost, Teleport, Tachyon, Give Plan, Asteroid, Jumpgate, Nemesis, Gryphon, and Hugerock
  and Killing Floor.
  Compiler’s Note:
I compiled this by using documents from several versions of VGA Planets, as well as Addon documentation. Some items
(such as formulas) were found on the internet. I have not included the names of the websites I obtained them from, nor
have I included the names of the folks who put this information out for public use. I did not give credit to these fine
folks because I compiled this information years ago and, frankly, don't remember where I got the information.
So if you see something that you recognize as yours and you would like credit for disseminating said information, please
let me know and I will give you  credit.
I know that the contributors of some of this information include, but are not limited to: Donovan, Siberian Snake, Scott Ohlman,
Tony (Blackbeard), Steve Gedye, BANE, Tommy Liittokivi, Jesper, Mark Beike, Stefan Reuther, Timo Kreike,
Andrew Sterian, and oh yes, Tim Wissemean.
If you notice something that is incorrect, incomplete, or flat out missing, let me know and I will make the appropriate adjustment(s).

I truly hope that you will find this Guide helpful in some way. If not, don't use it. If you do, well, then I'll feel as though the 100 or
so hours I put into it did not go to waste.
  Enjoy!
