IN GAME MESSAGES:  
  Host Messages:  
  The Host can send messages to the Players via a Host messaging function.  
  The Players will receive messages from the Host at the beginning of the game  
  detaling the Hconfig settings.  
  If the Hconfig settings are altered during a game, new messages will be sent out to all  
  Players, detailing all the Hconfig settings.  
  Any Player can receive the Hconfig settings during a game at any time be setting a Planet's  
  Friendly Code to 'con'.  
  Players can choose not to receive Hconfig settings by settinga  Planet's Friendly Code to 'noc'.  
  Players will receive messages from the Host anytime any Ship is destroyed. It will detail the location of the destroyed Ship.
  Players will receive messages from the Host anytime noteworthy events happen such as:  
  Establishing a colony  
  Any combat involving your Colonists or Ships  
  A Ship is Recycled  
  A Ship is Colonized  
  A Ship hits a Mine.  
  Bioscanners will detail Planets  
  Dark Sense will detail Planets  
  Player Messages:  
  Players can send messages to one another via the messaging system.  
  There is no limit to the number of messages you can send in one turn.  
  You can forward a received message.  
  You can respond to a message received.  
  Players can send anonymous messages to other Players by using *w* somewhere in the   
  text of the message.  
  Any message sent to the Host is stored in the HOSTMESS.TXT file on the Host system.
