FIXING AND RECYCLING SHIPS:  
  Fix Ships:  
  Ships can be Fixed in four ways:  
  A Ship can be Fixed by putting it in orbit of a Starbase and setting the Starbase to Fix that Ship.  
  A Starbase can completely repair one damaged Ship per turn (this includes replacing lost Crew).
  By using this command, a Starbase can load Fighters and Torpedoes onto multiple Ships per turn.
  A Starbase can use this command to install a Tachyon Device on a Ship (Tachyon).  
  Supplies can repair a Ship.  
  As long as there are Supplies in the Cargohold of a Ship, if that Ship takes damage, the damage
  will be repaired at a rate of 1% for every 5 Supplies used. This is an automatic function and 
  cannot be turned off.  
  The Cyborg (Race 6) can set their damaged Ship to Repair Self Mission and the damaged Ship  
  will repair itself automatically at a rate of 10% per turn. The Ship cannot move while   
  performing this Ship Mission.  
  There are several Maintenance Ships designated by the FHOST Addon.  
  These Ships are:  
  HULL SLOT 4 (VENDETTA CLASS FRIGATE)  
  HULL SLOT 43 (DWARFSTAR CLASS TRANSPORT)  
  HULL SLOT 64 (ONYX CLASS FRIGATE)  
  HULL SLOT 68 (MOSCOW CLASS STAR ESCORT)  
  HULL SLOT 83 (CYBERNAUT CLASS BASESHIP)  
  HULL SLOT 100 (SAGITTARIUS CLASS TRANSPORT)  
  Both Ships, the damaged Ship and the Maintenance Ship, must set Friendly Code to MTN.  
  Recycle Ships:  
  A Starbase can use this command to convert a Ship's Hull into Minerals and store them on the Planet's surface.
  The Engines and Weapons are placed in storage on the Starbase (one Ship per turn).  
  Be sure to remove all Fighters and Torpedoes from the Ship being Recycled, as these items will be destroyed in the Recycle process.
  Upgrading Ships:  
  The Solar Federation (Race 1) can set their Ship Mission to Super Refit and upgrade the   
  Ship Components on board the Ship by removing the old Engines, Beams, and Torpedo Tubes  
  and installing higher tech Components from Starbase storage.
