CARGO:
  What is Cargo?:
Cargo is anything that a Ship can carry that takes up Cargo space.
Cargo can consist of:  Supplies, Colonists, Tritanium, Duranium, and Moybdenum.
If a Ship has Torpedo Tubes, then Torpedoes can be Cargo.
If a Ship has Fighter Bays, then Fighters can be Cargo.
Megacredits may be carried by Ships, but do not take up Cargo space. Therefore, Megacredits are
not considered Cargo. Any Ship may carry up to 10,000 Megacredits.
  Tansferring or Beaming Cargo:
Cargo can be beamed down to any Planet you own as well as any unowned Planet.
Cargo can be beamed down to enemy Planets if you have a matching Friendly Code with the Planet.
Ships without fuel cannot beam Cargo down to a Planet.
Ships can also transfer Cargo from one Ship to other Ships at the same location.
This command was designed mainly for fuel tankers to resupply Capital Ships on the move.
You can hold down the <SHIFT> or <ALT> to move 100 units of Cargo at a time.
  Jettison Cargo:
If you beam Cargo into outer space, you are jettisoning it and it is gone forever.
This is useful if your Cargo Ship is about to be captured or Robbed by an enemy.
Jettisoning Cargo denies your enemy the spoils of war.
Jettisoning Cargo also makes your Ship less massive and conserves fuel.
