THE LIZARD ALLIANCE (RACE 2)  
  Origin:  
  The Lizard Alliance is based on the Gorn from Star Trek, the Original Series.  
  About Race 2:  
  The Lizards are a very small alliance of large boulder throwing humanoid lizard men with large, nasty teeth and   
  tough, scaly skin that acts as natural armor. They are also resistant to extreme heat and cold.  
  The Lizards are good at mining because they can toss 500 pound boulders with ease. They mine at a rate 200% of   
  normal.  
  Because of their strength and armor, the Lizards have a 30 to 1 Ground attack ratio and a 15 to 1 Ground defense ratio.  
  This means that for every 1 Lizard Colonist attacking an enemy Planet, he will be able to kill up to 30 defending  
  enemy Colonists. For every 1 Lizard Colonist defending a Planet from enemy invasion, he will be able to kill   
  up to 15 attacking enemy Colonists.  
  Like their owners, the Lizard Ships they use are very tough. They have large cargo hold and medium firepower.   
  However, Lizard Ships, like the Lizards themselves are hard to kill. All Lizard Ships can withstand 150% of   
  normal damage before being destroyed in combat.  
  A couple small Lizard Ships can Cloak, allowing the reptiles to invade enemy Planets stealthily.  
  The Lizards can also HISS over any Planet with Colonists. This ability helps to quell civil wars because the thought of   
  having the Lizards land on the Planet scares the dickens out of the Planetary population.

  Lizard ships are no longer destroyed at 100% damage when victim of Glory Device (Host 3.22.027)
