THE ROBOTIC IMPERIUM (RACE 9)  
  Origin:  
  The Robotic Imperium is based on the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica, the Original Series.  
  About Race 9:  
  The Robots are a machine race that has survived the death of their makers. It is thought that they makers of  
  the Robots were a race similar to the Lizards, only smaller and weaker.  
  The Robots base most of their Ships around the Basestar design. They, like the Evil Empire, rely heavily on  
  individual Fighters and have only one Ship capable of launching Torpedoes.  
  However, the Robots have figured out a way to get more Mines from their Torpedoes. Their Torpedoes create  
  four times the usual number of Mines.  
  Because of their machine Abilities, the Robots can also build Fighters in space, as long as they have the Materials  
  to do so.  
  Advantages, Abilities, and Friendly Codes:

  Can build Fighters in space (3 Tritanium, 2 Molybdenum, 5 Supplies)  
  Simply load the required Minerals and Supplies and set the Ship Mission to 'Build Fighters'.  
  This Ship must have fuel on board to perform this action.

  Lay Mines at a rate of 4 x the normal rate

  The Evil Empire (Race 8) can fool the Bioscanners by giving false information.  
  The Evil Empire (Race 8) cannot fool the Bioscanners belonging to The Rebels (Race 10).
