THE FASCIST EMPIRE (RACE 4)  
  Origin:  
  The Fascist Empire is based on the Klingon Empire from Star Trek, the Original Series.  
  About Race 4:  
  The Fascists are mean dudes. They like to kill, pillage, and plunder. In fact, that's what they live for.  
  The Fascists have a nice selection of Ships, some with Cloaking technology. They prefer Beam Weapons  
  over Torpedoes and Fighters.  
  Fascists  can plunder a Planet for Megacredits and Supplies. When a Planet is plundered, 20% of the population  
  is killed off and their personal belongings are converted into Supply units. A Small price to pay for supporting  
  the Empire!  
  The Fascists would rather die in combat than be taken alive. Therefore, two of their Ships have been equipped with  
  self destruct devices, known as Glory Devices.  
  Advantages, Abilities, and Friendly Codes:

  Can support up to 6,000 Colonists on desert Planets  
  Pillage Planets  
  Plunder kills: 20% Colonists and 20% Natives  
  Plunder also kills additional 20 Colonist Clans and 120 Native Clans after the percentages are taken into account.  
  Plunder reduces Colonist happines and Native happiness by 10 points each  
  1 Megacredit is generated for every 100 Native Clans as well as for every 100 Colonist Clans.

  41 SABER CLASS FRIGATE
