  con   Sends the Player the Hconfig settings as a message.  
  dmp   Dump and Recycle all Ship Components that are in storage on the Starbase.   
  Torpedoes and Fighters will not be 'dumped'.  
  Will also prevent a Ship from being built this turn.  
  mfN   Set all Minefields you own to this Friendly Code. N = any letter or number (Host 3.22)  
  noc   Cancels the sending of the config settings as a message. (Host 3.22)  
  NUK   Attack any enemy Ship regardless of fuel if in orbitof this Planet. (Hconfig)
