  cln   Clone this Ship while it is at a Starbase (Hconfig)  
  The Privateers (Race 5) and The Crystals (Race 7) cannot Clone Ships.  
  If the Starbase is set to build a Ship, then a Ship in orbit with this Friendly Code will not be Cloned.   
  If your Race has at least 20 Priority Build Points, then the Starbase can both build a Ship and Clone.  
  The Megacredit cost to Clone a Ship is 200% of the actual cost of the Hull.  
  A player cannot Clone a ship that his Race can normally build.  
  The ship being Cloned will be set to Warp 0.  
  If a Ship Hull 56 (Firecloud Class Cruiser is in orbit of this Planet, and it has at least 50 KT of fuel, Starbase cannot Clone.

  allies. Enhanced with (Host 3.22.007) and (Host 3.22.008) and (Host 3.22.009)  
  This is now a major alliance (Host 3.22.039) and this code needs to be used to share information as before.
